Explore the science of self-compassion. Learn how self-compassion can help us feel better, stay healthy, and bring more motivation, connection, and resilience to our schools and classrooms. Connect with educators and school leaders around the world and access a resource bank of research-based practices and activities. We will be joined by several special guests. Dr. Karen Bluth is the Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina, where she conducts research on self-compassion and its influences on the emotional wellbeing of teens. Heather McRae-Woolf is the Director of the The Benji Project and will be joined by a student who will be sharing their insights and experiences around self-compassion.
