Join together in community with educators from around the world to explore the science and practical application of personal and collective well-being. Our Communities of Practice (CoPs) help educators bring the science of well-being into their schools, creating classrooms where both students and adults can flourish.
Greater Good Educators (GGE) is a research-based professional development experience designed to support educators in fostering personal and collective well-being. In this supportive community of practice (CoP), educators will nurture greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose—all things that contribute to their well-being.
Current Greater Good Educators Offerings
- Exploring Awe in Classrooms and Schools (April 2026 – registration open through March 31, 2026)
- Bridging for Belonging (Summer 2026)
- Flourishing Schools: Exploring Purpose, Empathy, and Gratitude for the Greater Good (Fall 2026)
- Flourishing Schools: Exploring Compassion, Self-Compassion, and Awe for the Greater Good (Spring 20206)
Many participants have expressed a strong desire to continue this work beyond GGE—and apply what they learn on a wider scale. In the near future, we hope to launch Greater Good Schools, a year-long community of practice for teams who are applying principles learned in their GGE cohort to their classrooms/schools.
