Linda M. Noble, Ph.D., is a writing fellow with the education program at the Greater Good Science Center. A passionate teacher educator, public high school teacher and SEL lead, her work centering on relationships rooted in mindful practice and empathic connection has been acknowledged with multiple awards. She continues to develop her contemplative pedagogy as a Mindful Schools Certified Instructor and a TEL Inaugural Cohort member. Her collaborative research, presentations, and publications focus on mindfulness for everyday living and transformation. Linda earned her doctorate of philosophy in education from New York University. Living in Brooklyn, N.Y with her husband, Stephen and their son Dean, she fills up her cup walking in Prospect Park, swimming at the local YMCA, or meditating with the 10Minute Mind and at the Brooklyn Mediation Center.
