Sudhaa is a self-awareness facilitator and well-being guide who creates reflective spaces that support individuals in accessing their inner wisdom and living with greater authenticity. She works across corporate organizations, schools, women’s circles, and with individuals.
Sudhaa holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Science from the University of Strathclyde, UK. She began her career as a forensic scientist and later taught forensic science to undergraduate students. She then spent over a decade in the social impact sector before transitioning into her current role as a facilitator.
She enjoys hosting Street Wisdom Walkshops—an experiential practice that blends mindfulness, neuroscience, imagination, and wellness.
Born and raised in Bangalore, Sudhaa now lives with her husband Jagatsevak in Tiruvannamalai, a sacred temple town in South India, that provides her the space for inner exploration.
